This multimillion-dollar phased redevelopment revitalized and reimagined the 1960’s 75-key hotel in San Marcos by introducing 144 guest rooms that provide modern luxury while maintaining the building’s retro charm. Lakehouse Hotel’s grand renovation included outdoor pools, event spaces, St. Mark Golf Club & Executive Course and two restaurants, Tap in Tavern & Decoy Dockside.
