The Rambler Motel
Developed around a modest budget and a calculated notion of the return of retro motels, The Rambler was rehabbed from a Good Nite Inn into a bold, 70’s inspired roadside motel in Chula Vista, California. The upcycled fit features original architecture dressed up with splashy, on-brand environmental design elements like bright yellow mile-marker doors, era-centric guest room wall coverings and mid-century modern furnishings.
Today the successful flip attracts families and influencers alike to strike a pose at the various pieces of artwork adorning the space and successfully competes in the market with 84% ADR increase since its inception in 2019 and growing.
“The place was amazing, really cool vide and you get 50% off on coffee if you stay there! They also have an outdoor movie every Saturday as well and you can use bikes they have there for you. We loved our stay here and the service was exceptional! “
